As the Associate Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing our central payables and receivables processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.   1. Oversee and manage all central payables and receivables processes for Kraft Heinz, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance teams, vendors, and customers, to ensure smooth and timely processing of payments and collections.
  3. Monitor and analyze cash flow, payment trends, and aging reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize cash flow.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Maintain and update policies and procedures related to payables and receivables processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls.
  7. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
  8. Manage relationships with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations to support financial audits.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to payables and receivables, and proactively incorporate them into the company's processes.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate processing of month-end and year-end close activities and assist with other financial projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Centralized Payables Or Receivables Department.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting.

  • Experience Managing A Large Team And Overseeing Day-To-Day Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
