- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive business intelligence strategy for Kraft Heinz
- Manage and mentor a team of business intelligence engineers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Design and maintain data infrastructure, including data warehouses and data lakes, to support business intelligence initiatives
- Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve data processing and analysis
- Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data engineering to continuously improve processes and techniques
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for business intelligence projects.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Or Similar Roles.
Proficiency In Data Warehousing, Etl Processes, And Data Modeling.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights.
Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Data Engineers Or Business Intelligence Analysts.
