As an Analyst II, you will be responsible for providing analytical support and insights to various business functions within Kraft Heinz.   1. Collect and analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations to business functions within Kraft Heinz.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making and identify opportunities for business growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  4. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.
  7. Communicate complex data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and provide analytical support to drive business strategy.
  9. Participate in project teams and provide analytical expertise to support business initiatives.
  10. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all analytical work.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  12. Continuously develop and enhance analytical skills and knowledge to support business growth.
  13. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the GBS team.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Global Organization
