  1. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Financials and Supply Chain modules.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for optimizing their use of the Workday platform.
  3. Lead and participate in the implementation of Workday Financials and Supply Chain modules, including configuration, testing, and training.
  4. Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices for finance and supply chain processes within the Workday platform.
  5. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the features and capabilities of Workday Financials and Supply Chain modules.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in finance and supply chain management to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as HR and Payroll, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall business processes.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Workday Financials and Supply Chain modules.
  9. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of Workday projects.
  10. Mentor and coach junior team members on Workday processes and best practices.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide regular project updates and address any concerns.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Workday Financials and Supply Chain implementations.
  13. Adhere to KPMG's policies, procedures, and standards for quality and risk management.
  14. Participate in business development activities, such as client presentations and proposals, to promote the Workday practice and generate new business opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Supporting Workday Financials And Supply Chain Modules

  • Workday Financials And Supply Chain Certification

  • Strong Technical Skills And Understanding Of Workday Integrations And Reporting Tools

  • Experience Working With Clients In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment, Preferably In The Finance Or Supply Chain Industries.
