In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the Workday Financials platform for our clients, while managing a team of consultants. We are looking for a driven individual with a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as extensive experience with Workday Financials.   1. Lead the implementation and optimization of Workday Financials platform for our clients.
  2. Manage a team of consultants and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their finance and accounting needs and develop customized solutions using Workday Financials.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of the Workday Financials system to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Workday Financials to continuously improve our services.
  6. Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use the Workday Financials platform.
  7. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  9. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to promote cross-functional teamwork and efficiency.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  12. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workday Financials Implementation And Management

  • Experience In Project Management And Team Leadership

  • Certification In Workday Financials Or Other Relevant Software Platforms Preferred
