  1. Lead and manage Workday Financials implementation projects for clients, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Financials, providing guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices and optimizations.
  3. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Workday solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Workday Financials solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  6. Train and mentor junior team members on Workday Financials implementation and management best practices.
  7. Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Financials updates and enhancements and provide insights to clients on how they can leverage them to improve their financial processes.
  9. Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor for their Workday Financials needs.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes, procedures, and tools to optimize the delivery of Workday Financials services.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for new Workday Financials projects and support proposal development.
  12. Ensure compliance with KPMG and client-specific policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for KPMG, promoting our values and culture to clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Workday Financials.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Processes.

  • Previous Experience In A Managerial Or Leadership Role, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Prioritize Tasks.

  • Certification In Workday Financials Or Other Relevant Certifications Is Preferred.
