  1. Oversee tax compliance for operating partnership clients, ensuring all tax regulations are properly adhered to.
  2. Provide consulting services to clients, offering expert advice on tax strategies and solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all tax-related matters.
  4. Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, and advise clients accordingly.
  5. Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  6. Conduct thorough reviews of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  7. Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated and comprehensive tax services to clients.
  8. Proactively identify and communicate potential tax issues and opportunities to clients.
  9. Develop and implement efficient and effective tax planning strategies for clients.
  10. Assist in business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the firm's values and standards.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  13. Ensure timely and quality delivery of services to clients.
  14. Monitor and manage budget and resources for tax projects.
  15. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, building the firm's reputation and network.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Cpa Certification Or Other Relevant Professional Certification.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Compliance And Consulting, With A Focus On Operating Partnerships.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations Related To Partnerships, Including The Ability To Research And Interpret Complex Tax Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team.
