  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for the software/SaaS category to drive cost savings and increase efficiency.
  2. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop category-specific sourcing plans.
  4. Implement best practices for supplier relationship management and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.
  5. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor and analyze category spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop action plans to achieve savings targets.
  7. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and manage relationships to ensure high-quality products and services.
  8. Lead the competitive bidding process, including bid evaluation and supplier selection.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal clients and external suppliers.
  10. Keep up-to-date with market changes and innovations in the software/SaaS industry to inform sourcing strategies.
  11. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks within the category.
  12. Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to the development of the sourcing team's capabilities.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential suppliers and stay informed on market developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Sourcing, Preferably In The Software/Saas Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices, Including Contract Negotiation And Supplier Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Vendor Relationships.

  • Experience With Analyzing Market Trends And Conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis To Drive Cost Savings And Optimize Supplier Selection.
