1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the IT professional services needs of our clients.
2. Lead and manage the entire sourcing process, including identifying potential vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT sourcing and procurement.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities and pricing.
6. Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services.
8. Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
9. Analyze and report on sourcing metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
10. Train and mentor team members on sourcing and procurement processes and best practices.
11. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to sourcing and procurement.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives.
13. Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on sourcing efforts.
