- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for finance and accounting processes at KPMG.
- Lead the transformation of finance and accounting processes through the use of ServiceNow products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
- Act as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow for finance and accounting processes.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Identify and document business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may arise.
- Train and support end-users on ServiceNow products and processes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in finance and accounting processes and ServiceNow products to continuously improve and enhance solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
