  1. Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for finance and accounting processes at KPMG.
  2. Lead the transformation of finance and accounting processes through the use of ServiceNow products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
  4. Act as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow for finance and accounting processes.
  5. Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  6. Identify and document business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
  7. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
  8. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may arise.
  9. Train and support end-users on ServiceNow products and processes.
  10. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in finance and accounting processes and ServiceNow products to continuously improve and enhance solutions.
  11. Collaborate with the ServiceNow team to drive innovation and shape the future direction of ServiceNow products at KPMG.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  13. Communicate project updates, successes, and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
  14. Provide leadership and guidance to team members and junior staff.
  15. Adhere to KPMG's policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality and data security.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Servicenow: A Servicenow Product Manager, Finance & Accounting At Kpmg Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Capabilities.
