  1. Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform to improve clients' financial processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry best practices and stay updated on the latest trends in finance and accounting technology.
  4. Develop and maintain a roadmap for ServiceNow finance and accounting products, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  5. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, including planning, prioritization, and release management.
  6. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on how ServiceNow can effectively address their pain points and drive business transformation.
  7. Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and enhance the products.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the products.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  10. Train and educate internal teams and clients on the use of ServiceNow products and features.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert and provide support and guidance to colleagues and clients on finance and accounting processes and technology.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry and regulatory changes related to finance and accounting to ensure compliance and provide timely advice to clients.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Communicate progress, updates, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders, including senior management.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Accounting, Or Related Field

  • Experience In Product Management, Including Product Development, Launch, And Lifecycle Management
