  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for ServiceNow products in collaboration with the leadership team
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and trends in the ServiceNow industry
  3. Communicate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into product features and enhancements
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and launch of new ServiceNow products
  5. Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on business objectives and market demand
  6. Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance, gather feedback from clients, and make recommendations for improvements and updates
  8. Lead and mentor a team of product developers and provide guidance on product strategy and execution
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technology to continuously improve product offerings
  10. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create effective product messaging and positioning in the market
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations
  12. Represent KPMG at industry events and conferences to promote our ServiceNow products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Servicenow Platform: A Servicenow Product Manager At Kpmg Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform, Its Capabilities, And Its Various Modules. This Includes Knowledge Of Itsm, Itom, Itbm, Hr, And Csm Modules.

  • Project Management Skills: The Role Requires The Candidate To Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Deliver Them Within Tight Deadlines. Excellent Project Management Skills, Including Planning, Organizing, And Monitoring, Are A Must.

  • Business Acumen: A Servicenow Product Manager Should Have A Strong Business Acumen To Understand The Client's Needs And Align Them With The Capabilities Of The Servicenow Platform. This Includes Understanding Business Processes, Workflows, And Industry Trends.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Product Manager, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Designers, And Business Stakeholders. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Effectively Manage And Coordinate These Teams.

  • Servicenow Certifications: Kpmg Values Candidates With Relevant Servicenow Certifications, Such As Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator, Or Certified Application Developer. These Certifications Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Platform And Its Best Practices.
