- Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow and its capabilities.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Servicenow Certification (Such As Certified Implementation Specialist Or Certified System Administrator).
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Implementing And Configuring Servicenow In A Consulting Or Client-Facing Role.
Strong Understanding Of Business Process Management Principles And Experience With Process Mapping And Improvement Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Clients.
