  1. Utilize your expertise in Workday ERP to provide guidance and support to clients in optimizing their financial and grants management processes.
  2. Collaborate with top clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using the latest Workday ERP technologies.
  3. Drive innovative solutions by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Workday ERP.
  4. Effectively communicate complex financial and grants management concepts to clients and team members.
  5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Use your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to Workday ERP financials and grants management.
  7. Contribute to the success of the team by sharing your knowledge and expertise with junior members and actively seeking opportunities for professional growth.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate completion of project deliverables within budget and scope.
  9. Adhere to KPMG's quality standards and methodologies to deliver high-quality work to clients.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to Workday ERP financials and grants management.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday ERP with other systems and processes.
  12. Provide training and support to clients on the usage and functionality of Workday ERP financials and grants management.
  13. Stay up-to-date with Workday ERP updates and enhancements and provide recommendations for their implementation.
  14. Travel to client sites as needed to support project delivery and client relationship building.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Workday Erp Financials: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Erp Financials. This Includes Experience With Configuration, Implementation, And Support Of The System.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Workday Erp Grants Management: The Senior Specialist Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Workday Erp Grants Management, Including Its Functionality, Configuration, And Integration With Other Modules.

  • Workday Certifications: The Candidate Should Hold At Least One Workday Certification In Either Financials Or Grants Management. This Certification Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise And Knowledge In The Specific Module.

  • Project Management Skills: Kpmg Is Looking For A Senior Specialist Who Can Effectively Manage Projects Related To Workday Erp Financials And Grants Management. This Includes Experience In Project Planning, Resource Management, And Stakeholder Communication.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Senior Specialist Will Be Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Clients, And Stakeholders. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role. Previous Experience In A Client-Facing Or Consulting Role Is Preferred.
