  1. Lead the design and development of AI-powered products for the Generative AI Experience team at KPMG.
  2. Utilize cutting-edge AI technology to create innovative and user-friendly product designs.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
  4. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the product design.
  5. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
  6. Ensure that all designs meet brand and style guidelines and are visually appealing.
  7. Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies into product design.
  9. Act as a mentor to junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.
  10. Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and seek feedback.
  11. Conduct usability testing and make necessary design adjustments based on user feedback.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential design issues and provide solutions.
  13. Meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of existing products.
  15. Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap.
  16. Keep track of project progress and report to senior management on a regular basis.
  17. Represent KPMG as a thought leader in the field of AI-powered product design.
  18. Maintain a strong understanding of the target audience and their needs to create user-centric designs.
  19. Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually appealing product marketing materials.
  20. Strive for excellence in all design work and continuously seek ways to improve processes and workflows.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Product Design: A Senior Product Designer At Kpmg Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Design, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Design Process And End Results.

  • Expertise In Generative Ai: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Generative Ai Technology And Its Applications In Product Design. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Hands-On Experience In Designing Products Using Generative Ai Tools And Techniques.

  • Strong Design Thinking Skills: A Senior Product Designer At Kpmg Should Possess Excellent Design Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify User Needs, Gather Insights, And Translate Them Into Innovative Design Solutions.

  • Proficiency In Design Software: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Design Software Such As Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, And Other Relevant Tools. They Should Also Have Experience In Prototyping And User Testing.
