  1. Lead a team of estate planning and trust management professionals to provide strategic solutions to clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for the department to achieve business objectives.
  3. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on estate planning and trust management matters.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  5. Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality service to clients.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and drive innovation.
  7. Collaborate with other teams and departments within the company to provide integrated services to clients.
  8. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on estate planning, trust management, and tax advisory services.
  10. Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to clients and team members.
  11. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
  13. Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial targets.
  14. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  15. Promote a client-focused mindset throughout the team and company.
  16. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and secure new clients.
  17. Uphold company values and ethics in all interactions with clients and team members.
  18. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  19. Prepare and present reports to senior management on department performance and progress.
  20. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge Of Estate Planning And Gift Tax Laws: A Senior Manager At Kpmg Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Estate Planning And Gift Tax Laws, Including Tax Implications And Strategies For High Net Worth Individuals.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Must Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Guide And Mentor Junior Staff.

  • Extensive Experience In Trust Administration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Trust Administration, With A Track Record Of Managing Complex Trust Structures And Estate Plans.
