Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing to join the KPMG team. This role will involve providing high-quality transfer pricing services to KPMG's clients in the US and abroad. The successful candidate must be an experienced transfer pricing professional with a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role. They must be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the practical and theoretical aspects of transfer pricing. The Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills and be able to work independently on complex assignments. They must be highly organized, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure. A CPA or Masters in Taxation is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality transfer pricing services to KPMG’s clients.
  2. Analyze and interpret transfer pricing regulations and guidance.
  3. Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies and solutions for clients.
  4. Coordinate and manage transfer pricing projects, including document preparation and review.
  5. Prepare transfer pricing reports and memorandums for clients.
  6. Engage in business development activities to promote the transfer pricing services of KPMG.
  7. Monitor developments in transfer pricing regulations and guidance.
  8. Provide guidance and training to junior team members in transfer pricing concepts and techniques.
  9. Maintain and develop relationships with client contacts.
  10. Work as part of a team to complete client assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
