  1. Oversee and manage the Managed Services team, including hiring, training, and performance management of team members.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the managed services market and industry trends to inform and enhance our offerings.
  3. Lead the expansion and growth of our managed services portfolio, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  4. Ensure exceptional client service by maintaining strong relationships, addressing issues and concerns, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for driving business growth and profitability.
  6. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and teamwork within the Managed Services team.
  7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular updates and making recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure our services are in line with standards.
  9. Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation for the Managed Services team.
  10. Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
  11. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on team performance and initiatives.
  13. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in managed services, staying abreast of new developments and best practices.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent the company and its values to clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Extensive Experience In Managing And Overseeing Complex Projects And Teams In The Managed Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Business Growth And Generating Revenue Through Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Clients.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Guide And Mentor Team Members.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Industry Trends And Best Practices, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Innovative Strategies And Solutions For Clients.
