  1. Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Managed Services department.
  2. Drive operational excellence by implementing innovative solutions and strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients.
  4. Provide exceptional client service and act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  5. Collaborate with other teams within KPMG to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in managed services.
  7. Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the Managed Services client base.
  8. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success and effectiveness of managed services.
  9. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  10. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop business plans and set strategic goals for the Managed Services department.
  11. Monitor and manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  12. Participate in business development activities, including client presentations, proposals, and networking events.
  13. Act as a role model for the KPMG values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the team.
  14. Stay compliant with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role Within The Managed Services Industry, Preferably In A Consulting Or Advisory Firm.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Managed Services Operations, Including Service Delivery, Client Management, And Vendor Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Projects, With A Focus On Driving Efficiency And Profitability.

  • Strong Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Develop Innovative Solutions For Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Professionals And Build Strong Relationships With Clients.
