  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for M&A partnerships to drive growth for clients.
  2. Manage complex M&A transactions from start to finish, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration.
  3. Utilize expertise in M&A and partnerships to provide sound advice and guidance to clients.
  4. Lead a team of professionals to successfully execute M&A transactions.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in M&A and partnerships.
  7. Identify potential opportunities for clients and develop innovative solutions to drive success.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, including senior executives.
  9. Collaborate with other teams within KPMG to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
  10. Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new M&A partnership opportunities.
  11. Monitor and analyze market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to M&A partnerships.
  13. Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence and deliver exceptional results for clients.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Mergers And Acquisitions (M&A) With A Focus On Partnership Transactions. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of The Deal Process, Due Diligence, Valuation, And Negotiation Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Complex M&A Partnership Transactions, Including Cross-Border Deals And Multi-Party Transactions.

  • Strong Financial And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Financial Statements, Conduct Financial Modeling, And Perform Valuation Analysis To Support Deal Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Clients, Partners, And Team Members.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Regulations Related To M&A Partnership Transactions, As Well As A Thorough Understanding Of Tax And Legal Considerations. Previous Experience Working At A Big Four Accounting Firm Or In A Corporate M&A Role Is Preferred.
