- Lead and manage complex M&A transactions, specifically in the areas of partnerships and joint ventures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance and solutions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential targets for M&A deals and evaluate their financial and operational feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute M&A strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
- Oversee due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational due diligence, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
- Prepare and present detailed financial models and reports to support M&A recommendations to clients.
- Negotiate and structure deals, including terms and conditions, pricing, and risk management, to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and KPMG.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior professionals, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in M&A to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Represent KPMG and the M&A team at industry events and conferences, building and maintaining a strong network of contacts.
- Collaborate with other departments within KPMG, such as tax, legal, and advisory, to provide comprehensive and integrated services to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to the development of proposals and pitches.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of M&A deals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in M&A, contributing to internal and external publications and thought leadership pieces.
Extensive Experience In Managing Complex M&A Transactions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing M&A Transactions, With A Thorough Understanding Of The Entire Deal Lifecycle.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Analysis And Valuation: A Senior Manager At Kpmg Should Possess Strong Financial Modeling Skills And Be Able To Conduct In-Depth Analysis Of Target Companies To Determine Their Valuation And Potential Synergies.
