  1. Lead and manage the M&A Partnership Transactions team, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery of projects.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the entire M&A process.
  3. Conduct due diligence and financial analysis to evaluate potential partnership opportunities for clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and finance, to develop and execute M&A strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to identify potential partnership opportunities for clients.
  7. Develop and present proposals and recommendations to clients, effectively communicating complex information and insights.
  8. Manage and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic goals and objectives.
  9. Oversee the integration process of merged or acquired companies, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  10. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  11. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and success for both KPMG and clients.
  12. Represent KPMG at industry events and conferences, building the firm's reputation as a leader in M&A transactions.
  13. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to M&A transactions.
  14. Continuously improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the M&A Partnership Transactions team.
  15. Uphold the values and standards of KPMG, acting with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Significant Experience In Managing Complex M&A Transactions: The Senior Manager Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Executing M&A Transactions, Preferably In A Professional Services Environment. This Includes Experience In Conducting Due Diligence, Financial Analysis, And Deal Structuring.

  • Strong Knowledge Of M&A Regulations And Best Practices: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Local And International M&A Regulations, As Well As Industry Best Practices. They Should Also Be Able To Provide Strategic Advice And Guidance To Clients On Navigating Complex M&A Transactions.

  • Excellent Financial And Analytical Skills: The Role Requires A High Level Of Financial Acumen And Analytical Skills To Evaluate Financial Data, Identify Potential Risks And Opportunities, And Develop Financial Models To Support Decision-Making. The Candidate Should Also Have Strong Project Management Skills To Effectively Manage Multiple M&A Transactions Simultaneously.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Client Relationships: The Senior Manager Should Have A Successful Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Client Relationships, As Well As A Proven Ability To Generate New Business Opportunities. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Team Management And Leadership Experience: The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Professionals In Executing M&A Transactions. They Should Have Previous Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Team Members. Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Foster A Collaborative Team Environment Are Also Essential Qualifications For This Role.
