  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of complex tax regulations related to information reporting and withholding.
  2. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on compliance with information reporting and withholding requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough reviews of client systems and processes to identify potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for internal teams and clients on information reporting and withholding matters.
  5. Train and mentor junior team members on information reporting and withholding regulations and best practices.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within KPMG to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations related to information reporting and withholding.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  9. Monitor and analyze data to identify potential compliance risks and work with clients to implement necessary controls and processes.
  10. Represent KPMG at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in information reporting and withholding.
  11. Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions on information reporting and withholding topics to clients and internal teams.
  12. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the information reporting and withholding function.
  13. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all projects and deliverables related to information reporting and withholding.
  14. Act as a point of escalation for any issues or concerns related to information reporting and withholding for both internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Adhere to KPMG's ethical and professional standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
