Job Description

At KPMG, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager, Compliance & Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Finance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the firm is compliant with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. In addition, you will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and/or CPA/CMA/CFA designation. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a financial reporting and/or audit role in a public accounting firm, preferably with exposure to SOX compliance, as well as a strong focus on enhancing operational and financial performance. You should also demonstrate strong technical skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. In addition, you must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with all levels of management. Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. • Prepare financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. • Develop and maintain financial models, systems, and processes. • Monitor and analyze financial performance. • Provide recommendations based on accounting and financial analysis. • Assess and mitigate risk in financial reporting. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports. • Maintain and update SOX compliance policies and procedures. • Develop and implement financial controls. • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry trends. • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
