  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with KPMG's business goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages are offered to attract and retain top talent.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and administer various compensation programs, such as base salary, bonuses, and stock options.
  4. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
  5. Provide guidance and support to management and HR teams on compensation and benefits-related matters.
  6. Monitor industry trends and changes in legislation to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to compensation and benefits programs.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to negotiate competitive rates for benefits packages.
  8. Lead the annual performance review and bonus process, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
  9. Provide data analysis and reporting on compensation and benefits metrics to senior leadership.
  10. Coach and mentor a team of compensation and benefits professionals to ensure a high level of service and support for employees.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve compensation and benefits programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
  12. Promote a culture of transparency and open communication around compensation and benefits to foster a positive employee experience.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide recommendations and guidance to senior leadership on compensation and benefits matters.
  14. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of compensation and benefits expenses.
  15. Uphold KPMG's values and culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of compensation and benefits.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Compensation And Benefits Management: A Senior Manager At Kpmg Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Compensation And Benefits Practices, Policies, And Regulations. This Includes Experience In Designing And Implementing Compensation And Benefits Programs, As Well As Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Complex Data And Making Strategic Decisions About Compensation And Benefits Programs. This Requires Strong Analytical Skills, As Well As The Ability To Identify And Solve Problems Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Senior Manager At Kpmg Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Team Management And Leadership Experience: As A Senior Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Compensation And Benefits Professionals. This Requires Previous Experience In Team Management, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Goals.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations: A Senior Manager At Kpmg Must Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation And Benefits, Including Labor Laws, Tax Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
