  1. Develop and implement strategic tax planning strategies for clients in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Provide expert advice on complex tax issues and identify opportunities for tax savings.
  3. Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and proactively communicate any potential impact to clients.
  6. Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Conduct research on tax issues and provide recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  8. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to identify opportunities for cross-functional services and business growth.
  9. Act as a mentor and coach for junior team members, fostering their professional development.
  10. Drive business success by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  12. Adhere to all ethical standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and expertise.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the tax services department.
  15. Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management on departmental performance and key metrics.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Tax, With A Focus On Business Tax Services.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Tax Professionals.

  • Expert Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Federal, State, And International Tax Codes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Tax Projects For Clients In Various Industries.
