  1. Develop and implement tax technology strategies for asset management clients.
  2. Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to ensure successful delivery of tax technology solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in tax technology.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized tax technology solutions.
  5. Conduct tax technology assessments and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to tax technology.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  8. Train and mentor team members on tax technology best practices.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tax technology solutions into client operations.
  10. Provide thought leadership and insights on emerging tax technology trends and developments.
  11. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients and senior management.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  13. Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
  14. Continuously improve and optimize tax technology processes and procedures.
  15. Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Asset Management Tax Technology, Preferably In A Big 4 Or Consulting Firm.

  • Strong Understanding Of Tax Technology Tools And Platforms, Such As Alteryx, Tableau, And Power Bi.

  • Experience In Managing And Leading A Team, As Well As Project Management Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Stakeholders At All Levels.
