  1. Develop and implement innovative tax technology solutions for asset management clients, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  2. Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve client goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and finance, to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  4. Conduct research and analysis on current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in tax technology solutions.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with asset management clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in tax technology, proposing new strategies and solutions to enhance client services.
  7. Design and deliver training programs for both internal teams and clients on tax technology systems and processes.
  8. Develop and manage project plans and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery of tax technology projects.
  9. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation of tax technology solutions.
  10. Represent the firm at conferences and industry events, showcasing our expertise in tax technology for the asset management industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Tax Technology: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In Tax Technology, Including Understanding Of Tax Software And Systems, Tax Compliance Processes, And Tax Reporting Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record In Project Management: The Senior Manager Should Have Experience Managing Complex Tax Technology Projects, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Allocation. They Should Also Have A Record Of Delivering Projects Within Budget And On Schedule.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Leadership And People Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Mentor And Develop Team Members, Manage Conflicts, And Foster A Collaborative And Positive Work Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations: A Strong Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Up-To-Date On Current Tax Laws And Regulations, And Be Able To Advise Clients On The Impact Of Tax Technology On Their Business Operations.

  • Strong Communication And Client Relationship Skills: The Senior Manager Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Client Relationships And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Tax Technology Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
