  2. Develop and implement tax technology strategies and solutions for clients in the asset management industry.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in tax technology to ensure KPMG remains at the forefront of the market.
  4. Collaborate with clients and other KPMG teams to understand their business needs and provide tailored tax technology solutions.
  5. Oversee and manage tax technology projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on tax technology, providing guidance and support to clients and colleagues.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies through the use of technology.
  8. Monitor and manage the budget and resources of the tax technology team.
  9. Keep abreast of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance in tax technology solutions.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  11. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the tax technology practice.
  12. Mentor and coach team members to facilitate their growth and development within the firm.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  14. Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement firm-wide tax technology strategies.
  15. Represent KPMG at industry events and conferences to showcase our tax technology capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Tax Technology: The Ideal Candidate For A Senior Manager, Asset Management Tax Technology Role At Kpmg Should Have A Strong Background In Tax Technology, With At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Tax Technology Solutions For Asset Management Clients.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Asset Management Tax Regulations: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Tax Regulations And Laws Specific To The Asset Management Industry. This Includes Expertise In Areas Such As Fund Tax Reporting, Partnership Taxation, And International Tax Planning.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Tax Technology Professionals And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.   • Proficiency In Tax Technology Tools And Software: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Using Tax Technology Tools And Software, Such As Alteryx, Tableau, And Power Bi. They Should Also Have Experience In Data Analytics And Data Manipulation.
