  2. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive strategic growth and maximize profitability.
  3. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management.
  4. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Manage and lead a team of finance and accounting professionals.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.
  11. Participate in budget planning and monitor budget adherence.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
  14. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance and accounting staff.
  15. Represent the organization in financial meetings and presentations.

Job Qualifications
