  4. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Manage and lead a team of finance and accounting professionals.

  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
  14. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance and accounting staff.
  15. Represent the organization in financial meetings and presentations.
