  1. Oversee all financial operations and strategies for the organization.

  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
  13. Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive business growth and achieve strategic goals.
  14. Communicate financial performance and forecasts to senior management and board of directors.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Financial Management: A Senior Director At Kpmg Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Leading Finance And Accounting Teams.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team, As Well As The Ability To Make Strategic Decisions And Manage Change.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Accounting Principles: A Senior Director At Kpmg Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Standards, Including Gaap And Ifrs, To Ensure Accurate And Compliant Financial Reporting.
