  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expand the client base.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
  3. Lead the business development team and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target industries and clients.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  8. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both KPMG and the client.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to identify potential business opportunities.
  10. Represent KPMG at industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote our services and brand.
  11. Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve the business development process and strategies.
  14. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the business development team.
  15. Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement overall business strategy and drive company growth.
