  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand the client base.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
  4. Lead the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to promote the company's services.
  5. Collaborate with other senior leaders to identify cross-selling opportunities and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  6. Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential areas for growth.
  7. Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients to showcase the company's services and capabilities.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
  9. Manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and network with potential clients.
  11. Stay updated on competitors and market trends to develop proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of business development strategies.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Keep track of business development metrics and regularly report to senior management on progress and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Business Development: A Senior Director, Business Development At Kpmg Should Have A Minimum Of 10-15 Years Of Experience In Driving Business Growth, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.
