  1. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday projects and provide guidance and support to clients and team members.
  2. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of client's Workday processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement solutions to optimize Workday processes and systems, ensuring they align with client's business needs and goals.
  5. Manage and execute project tasks and deliverables according to established timelines and budget.
  6. Provide training and support to clients on Workday processes and best practices.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and updates related to Workday and proactively share knowledge and insights with team members.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and build strong relationships.
  9. Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy and in compliance with KPMG's standards and procedures.
  10. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development and growth.
  11. Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
  12. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth by taking on new challenges and expanding knowledge and skills in Workday and related areas.
  13. Adhere to KPMG's code of conduct and ethics and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Implementing Workday Software, With A Focus On Projects And Delivery.

  • Proficiency In Workday Modules Such As Hcm, Payroll, Financials, And/Or Recruiting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Experience In Leading Complex Workday Projects.

  • Experience In Client-Facing Roles, With Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills.

  • Workday Certification In One Or More Modules, With A Deep Understanding Of Workday Best Practices And Configurations.
