  1. Serve as the main point of contact for all Workday related projects within the organization.
  2. Utilize expertise in Workday to provide guidance and support to the project team.
  3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  4. Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  5. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks, escalate issues as needed, and develop contingency plans.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday projects.
  8. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of Workday solutions.
  9. Train and support end-users on new Workday features and functionalities.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Workday and project management.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures.
  13. Represent the organization in a professional manner and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Team Members At All Levels.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Experience Leading Workday Implementation Projects.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hcm And/Or Financials In A Consulting Or Client-Facing Role.

  • Workday Certification In One Or More Of The Following Areas: Hcm, Financials, Integrations, Or Reporting.
