  1. Act as a key member of the FDM practice, working closely with a diverse and dynamic team to deliver innovative solutions to clients using Workday technologies.
  2. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs and challenges.
  3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Workday systems and stay up-to-date on the latest developments and updates.
  4. Provide guidance to junior team members and assist in their development and growth.
  5. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and create customized solutions to meet their requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Software, Including Configuration, Implementation, And Support.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices, With Experience In Multiple Hr Functional Areas (E.g. Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management).

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Workday Projects And Managing Client Relationships.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Workday Reporting And Analytics, Including Building Custom Reports And Dashboards.

  • Professional Certification In Workday, Such As Workday Hcm Or Financials Certification, Is Preferred.
