  1. Lead and support client engagements focused on legal operations transformation and efficiency.
  2. Utilize deep understanding of legal operations and project management to help clients optimize their legal processes and increase value.
  3. Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to address their unique needs.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices in legal operations.
  5. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients on legal technology, process improvement, and change management.
  6. Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  7. Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or roadblocks.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  9. Stay current with developments in the legal industry and identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the team.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and fostering their professional development.
  11. Represent KPMG and the legal operations team at industry events and conferences.
  12. Adhere to all company and client confidentiality and security policies.
  13. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Legal Operations: A Senior Associate At Kpmg Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience Working In A Legal Operations Role, With A Strong Understanding Of The Legal Industry And Its Various Operational Functions.

  • Project Management Skills: The Role Requires The Ability To Manage Complex Projects And Initiatives, Including Developing Project Plans, Identifying Risks And Issues, And Implementing Solutions To Drive Operational Efficiencies.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Able To Interpret Complex Data To Identify Trends And Make Recommendations For Process Improvements And Cost Savings.

  • Change Management Expertise: As Legal Operations Transformation Often Involves Change Management, The Senior Associate Should Have Experience In Driving Change And Managing Stakeholders To Successfully Implement New Processes And Technologies.

  • Knowledge Of Legal Technology: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Legal Technology And Its Role In Transforming Legal Operations. Familiarity With Legal Project Management Software, E-Billing Systems, And Contract Management Tools Is Preferred.
