  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis on transfer pricing regulations, laws, and guidelines to stay updated and provide accurate advice to clients.
  2. Utilize strong knowledge of tax, economics, and finance to develop and implement effective transfer pricing strategies for clients.
  3. Work closely with clients to understand their business operations and provide customized transfer pricing solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Prepare and review documentation to support transfer pricing policies and transactions in compliance with applicable regulations.
  5. Communicate complex transfer pricing concepts and solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to provide comprehensive and integrated services to clients.
  7. Identify potential transfer pricing risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to transfer pricing to enhance service offerings and provide valuable insights to clients.
  9. Lead and manage transfer pricing projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timely delivery of high-quality work.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on transfer pricing concepts and best practices.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to promote the firm's services and reputation.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set by KPMG in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Transfer Pricing: A Senior Associate At Kpmg Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Transfer Pricing, With A Proven Track Record Of Handling Complex Transfer Pricing Projects. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of The Relevant Laws And Regulations In Different Countries.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Transfer Pricing Involves Complex Financial And Economic Analysis, And A Senior Associate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Address The Challenges That Arise In Transfer Pricing Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Associate, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate Complex Transfer Pricing Concepts To Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For This Role.

  • Team Management Experience: The Senior Associate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Professionals And Ensuring That The Project Is Completed Within The Agreed Timeline. Therefore, Prior Experience In Team Management And Leadership Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of International Taxation: A Senior Associate At Kpmg Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of International Taxation And Its Impact On Transfer Pricing.
