- Conduct thorough research and analysis on transfer pricing regulations, laws, and guidelines to stay updated and provide accurate advice to clients.
- Utilize strong knowledge of tax, economics, and finance to develop and implement effective transfer pricing strategies for clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business operations and provide customized transfer pricing solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and review documentation to support transfer pricing policies and transactions in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Communicate complex transfer pricing concepts and solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to provide comprehensive and integrated services to clients.
- Identify potential transfer pricing risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to transfer pricing to enhance service offerings and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Lead and manage transfer pricing projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Mentor and train junior team members on transfer pricing concepts and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to promote the firm's services and reputation.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set by KPMG in all aspects of work.
Extensive Experience In Transfer Pricing: A Senior Associate At Kpmg Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Transfer Pricing, With A Proven Track Record Of Handling Complex Transfer Pricing Projects. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of The Relevant Laws And Regulations In Different Countries.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Transfer Pricing Involves Complex Financial And Economic Analysis, And A Senior Associate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Address The Challenges That Arise In Transfer Pricing Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Associate, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate Complex Transfer Pricing Concepts To Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For This Role.
