- Conduct thorough risk assessments of third party relationships to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide recommendations for risk management strategies
- Communicate with clients to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored solutions
- Lead and mentor junior team members on risk assessment processes and best practices
- Monitor and track potential risks within third party relationships and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to risk management to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Work closely with internal teams, including legal and procurement, to assess and manage risks associated with third party contracts
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and clients on risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Conduct ongoing due diligence on existing third party relationships to ensure continued compliance and identify any new risks that may arise
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall risk management practices within the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Third Party Risk Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.
Certified Third Party Risk Professional (Ctprp) Or Certified Third Party Risk Manager (Ctprm) Designation.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Third Party Risk Management, Such As Gdpr And Iso 27001.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage Multiple Projects And Teams Simultaneously.
