Job Description

KPMG is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Third Party Compliance team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the compliance function and has the ability to effectively manage a wide array of tasks. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Third Party Compliance team in the analysis, evaluation, and monitoring of third-party relationships.To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the compliance field. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Monitor and evaluate third-party relationships for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Provide guidance and direction to internal staff on compliance matters.
  4. Assist in the review and analysis of contracts, agreements, and other documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors and other third-party organizations.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Investigate and analyze potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
  8. Prepare and deliver compliance training to internal staff.
  9. Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and advise internal stakeholders on the impact of such changes.
  10. Prepare compliance reports and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
