Job Description

KPMG is looking for an experienced Senior Associate, Third Party Compliance to join our Compliance team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our third-party relationships are managed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust compliance framework for monitoring and managing third-party engagements.To be successful in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment for third-party relationships. You should also be comfortable working with senior stakeholders in the organization and have a strong customer focus.We are looking for a meticulous, self-motivated team player with a passion for compliance and risk management. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a robust compliance framework for monitoring and managing third-party engagements
  2. Ensure all third-party relationships are managed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  3. Analyze and evaluate existing and proposed third-party relationships to ensure compliance
  4. Act as a liaison between the organization and third-party vendors
  5. Collaborate with senior stakeholders in the organization to ensure compliance
  6. Monitor and report on compliance related issues
  7. Provide support and advice on compliance and risk management
  8. Track and report on changes in the legal and regulatory environment
  9. Maintain and update relevant documentation and records
  10. Participate in internal and external compliance audits
