Job Description

KPMG is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our Talent & Culture Process Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving optimization, process improvement and data-driven decision making within the Talent & Culture function. We’re looking for a collaborative and innovative problem solver who can apply strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a combination of strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across the organization. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, or a related field• Demonstrated ability to develop process improvement strategies and drive change• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively• Strong project management and organizational skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel• Prior experience in the professional services industry is preferred

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize Talent & Culture operations.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships across the organization.
  4. Lead projects and initiatives related to process improvement and data-driven decision making.
  5. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  7. Create project plans, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  8. Monitor process performance and develop metrics to measure progress.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members.
  10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
