Job Description

KPMG is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Senior Associate to join our Talent & Culture Process Management team. This role will report to the Talent & Culture Process Management Lead and will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring successful execution of Talent & Culture process management activities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and at least three years of experience in process improvement, change management, and/or project management. They should also have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and strategies to drive efficiency, reduce waste and improve overall quality of Talent & Culture process management activities.
  2. Analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs, ranging from process improvement to change management initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
  4. Utilize process improvement and change management tools to ensure successful execution of Talent & Culture process management activities.
  5. Monitor and evaluate process performance, providing feedback to key stakeholders and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  6. Create and maintain process documentation and related materials to ensure that processes are well understood and executed consistently.
  7. Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
  8. Develop training materials, provide guidance to stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions to ensure proper adoption of process changes.
  9. Monitor and report on process performance metrics to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure process improvement initiatives are in line with current standards.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Senior Associate, Talent & Culture Process Management in McLean, VA, USA is $100,000 to $150,000. This salary range is based on the experience and qualifications of the individual. Additionally, the salary may be subject to negotiation depending on the individual's skill set and experience.
