
Senior Associate, Talent & Culture Process Management
KPMG is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Senior Associate to join our Talent & Culture Process Management team. This role will report to the Talent & Culture Process Management Lead and will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring successful execution of Talent & Culture process management activities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and at least three years of experience in process improvement, change management, and/or project management. They should also have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and strategies to drive efficiency, reduce waste and improve overall quality of Talent & Culture process management activities.
- Analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs, ranging from process improvement to change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
- Utilize process improvement and change management tools to ensure successful execution of Talent & Culture process management activities.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, providing feedback to key stakeholders and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Create and maintain process documentation and related materials to ensure that processes are well understood and executed consistently.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop training materials, provide guidance to stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions to ensure proper adoption of process changes.
- Monitor and report on process performance metrics to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure process improvement initiatives are in line with current standards.
