Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and improve existing processes to ensure the successful execution of talent and culture initiatives. You will be a member of the Talent & Culture team, working to ensure that KPMG achieves its organizational objectives by continuously improving our talent and culture strategies.To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a process management role. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer service orientation. A demonstrated commitment to data integrity and process improvement is essential.If you are passionate about process management and want to make a difference in the world of Talent & Culture, then KPMG could be the perfect place for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and improve existing processes to ensure successful execution of talent and culture initiatives.
  2. Work collaboratively with the Talent & Culture team to ensure KPMG meets its organizational objectives.
  3. Communicate effectively with team members, both written and verbally.
  4. Analyze and solve problems related to process management.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Maintain data integrity and promote process improvement.
