Job Description

KPMG is looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our Talent & Culture Process Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving effective process management strategies across a range of Talent & Culture functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.To be successful in this role, the Senior Associate, Talent & Culture Process Management should have an advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a process management role. Experience in Human Resources is strongly preferred, as well as a proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives. You should be an analytical thinker with a passion for driving change and an ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and drive effective process management strategies across a range of Talent & Culture functions.
  2. Identify areas for process improvement initiatives.
  3. Lead process improvement initiatives.
  4. Develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  5. Implement process improvement initiatives.
  6. Analyze process data to identify areas of improvement.
  7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  8. Provide guidance and support to other members of the Talent & Culture Process Management team.
  9. Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics.
  10. Work with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process changes.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Senior Associate, Talent & Culture Process Management in Seattle, WA, USA is $85,000 to $100,000. This salary includes base pay, bonuses, and other compensation.
