  1. Lead Salesforce implementation projects for healthcare clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative Salesforce solutions that meet the specific needs of healthcare clients.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and healthcare industry best practices, providing guidance and support to project teams and clients.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Salesforce.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their business goals and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and updates in Salesforce and healthcare industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members on Salesforce implementation and best practices.
  8. Ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and effectively manage client expectations.
  9. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and support proposal development.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor Junior Team Members.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance, Such As Hipaa And Hitech.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Salesforce Implementation And Support, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Salesforce Certifications, Such As Administrator, Advanced Administrator, And Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
