  2. Use your expertise in the healthcare industry and Salesforce platform to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.
  3. Utilize project management skills to effectively manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for client projects.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of client data and processes to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce for the healthcare industry, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and consultants, to design and implement customized solutions for clients.
  8. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  9. Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
  11. Stay informed on new Salesforce releases and features, and make recommendations for implementing them in client solutions.
  12. Represent KPMG in a professional manner, promoting our brand and values to clients and industry partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce: A Senior Associate At Kpmg Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Salesforce And Its Capabilities, Including Experience With Various Salesforce Products Such As Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, And Service Cloud.

  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Regulations, And Challenges. This Knowledge Should Be Applied To Assist Clients In Optimizing Their Use Of Salesforce Within The Healthcare Space.
