  2. Utilize technical expertise in Salesforce to provide optimal solutions for clients' needs.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Salesforce to continuously improve and enhance client solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  5. Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and knowledge in Salesforce and the healthcare industry.
  6. Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  8. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing client systems and processes.
  9. Communicate project progress, status, and any potential issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce within the healthcare industry, staying informed of new updates and features.
  11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of KPMG's values and culture, and represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Team Members At All Levels.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably At A Consulting Firm Or In A Healthcare Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance, Such As Hipaa And Hitech, And Experience Implementing Them Within Salesforce.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Salesforce Projects, Including Customizations And Integrations.

  • Proficient In Salesforce Health Cloud And Other Relevant Salesforce Products, Such As Marketing Cloud And Service Cloud.
