  1. Utilize expertise in partnership taxation to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and acting as their trusted tax advisor.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tax strategies for clients.
  5. Prepare and review complex partnership tax returns and related documents.
  6. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate any potential impact to clients.
  7. Assist with tax planning and consulting for clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings.
  8. Mentor and train junior tax associates and provide guidance on complex tax issues.
  9. Participate in business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and government agencies.
  12. Ensure adherence to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
  13. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth and development in the field of partnership taxation.

Job Qualifications
  • Cpa Certification: A Senior Associate At Kpmg Should Possess A Cpa Certification, Demonstrating A Strong Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance Is Required For A Senior Associate Position, Showcasing A Solid Foundation In Financial Principles.

  • 3-5 Years Of Tax Experience: Kpmg Seeks Candidates With 3-5 Years Of Relevant Tax Experience, Preferably In A Public Accounting Firm Or Corporate Tax Department.

  • Knowledge Of Partnership Taxation: The Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Partnership Taxation, Including Experience With Complex Partnership Structures And Transactions.
