  1. Develop and maintain effective data management strategies for clients to ensure accurate and reliable data management processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for data management challenges.
  3. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and provide valuable insights to clients.
  4. Create and maintain data dictionaries, data models, and data mapping documents to ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple systems.

  6. Train and mentor junior team members on data management best practices and procedures.
  7. Communicate with clients to understand their specific data management needs and provide tailored solutions.

  10. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful completion of data management projects.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve data management issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on data management, both internally and externally, by participating in industry events and conferences.
  13. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Deliver exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Mdm Tools And Platforms, Such As Informatica, Ibm Infosphere, Or Sap Master Data Governance.
